Closing the loop – improved capturing of urban food waste as potential bioresource for local valorization: How can we succeed?

This event is organised within the framework of the 3rd General Assembly of the DECISIVE project, hosted by the Hamburg University of Technology TUHH. The conference consists of two parts, an open event for anyone interested and a study visit to the Lübeck-Flintenbreite eco-village which is reserved for DECISIVE project partners, due to limited space.

The event will explore and explain some of the principles and practices already in place when it comes to biowaste management and closed loop approaches as well as potentials which could be valorised. The event will close with a panel discussion involving some of the most prominent experts in the field.
